Larry Cole

Mr. Cole is principally responsible for overall corporate leadership and is the company founder. Mr. Cole has a background in electrical contracting, marine electronics & software, and the wholesale/retail sale of alternative energy technologies. Following a request by the Canadian Navy in 2003 to seek out communications technologies designed to assist marine-based first responders better hear and be heard when utilizing 2-way radio communications in adverse conditions, Mr. Cole discovered that there was a complete lack of solutions which addressed this challenge. Identifying a potentially significant market opportunity for this solution not only for the Navy, but for a number of other first response agencies worldwide, Mr. Cole embarked upon development of a revolutionary solution which has culminated in the technologies currently being created under this plan.

Richard (Rick) M. Stack

Mr. Stack has been involved in the high tech industry for the past 27 years, during which time he has held various positions ranging from Project Manager to CEO. Mr. Stack started his career with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) in the Transmitter group where he assisted with the integration of computing technology with RF transmitters to streamline ongoing maintenance. From the CBC Mr. Stack moved to SED Systems Inc., a medium sized full service satellite communications company who specialize in space and military programs. During his 10 years at SED, Mr. Stack held positions from Technical Lead to Managing Director specifically involved with developing, implementing and managing turn-key programs for major space and military communications projects. These programs were developed to meet the most stringent military specifications and quality standards. Mr. Stack became involved as CEO and co-founder of three RF technology companies in the immerging RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) industry. The most notable of these companies was IDENTEC Solutions Inc. an industry leader in long range RFID technology. IDENTEC's first technology was conceived, developed and brought to market under his leadership as CEO. Over the past two years Mr. Stack has been involved with several local technology companies in various capacities.

Chris Taylor, CA.

Mr. Taylor is responsible for overseeing all accounting, audit, administration, taxation, corporate finance, investor relations and legal requirements for the Company. During an 18 year career in finance and accounting, Mr. Taylor has held several senior financial positions, most recently as the Director of Finance for PureEdge Solutions Inc. While with PureEdge, he led his finance and legal team through multiple due diligence and finance rounds culminating in the positioning and ultimate sale of PureEdge to IBM. Mr. Taylor was also responsible for all reporting, legal and taxation responsibilities as well as liaising with investors, the Board of Directors, and the Audit and Risk Committee. Prior to this position, Mr. Taylor was the Vice President of Finance for Ewazo Technology Corporation and the Dynam Group of companies during which time he assisted the CEO in raising several rounds of private and public equity for use in three diverse industries. In this role Mr. Taylor was responsible for the audit, taxation, accounting, and investor relation functions. Shortly after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte & Touche Chartered Accountants in 1993, Mr. Taylor left public practice to take the position of Finance and Administration manager at PRT Silvicare Inc.
