Madesco Technologies and KISMET SSP Sign LOI for TeamComms™ Development and Product Sourcing Management Services.

Victoria, BC Canada/Saint Joseph, MI USA -Larry Cole, CEO of Madesco Technologies and Scott Lange, CEO of KISMET SSP are pleased to announce the signing of a Letter Of Intent (LOI) for professional management services.

The purpose of the LOI is to define and formalize the scope of the business relationship between the two firms. Specifically both companies have agreed to work toward a binding set of contracts that will see KISMET SSP provide new product sourcing services from design through to manufacturing as well as logistics management services for the revolutionary TeamComms™ communications system currently being developed by Madesco.

"Discussions between our firms began in the spring and culminated on May 21st with the signing of the LOI. We invested a lot of time up front working with the Mr. Cole and his executive team to ensure our product development and supply chain management services aligned with their needs" states Scott Lange.
